Wonderful collaboration as we have just finished our Mental Health Rough Sleeper Project Bright Path training- with trainer Paul Vicary from X-Calibre.

Project Bright Path is mental health training,  part of a training programme for those staff caring for rough sleepers across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.

Paul Vicary and his team from https://x-calibremh.co.uk/ have delivered bespoke training with Mental health care practitioners from the local NHS and CRISIS teams, upskilling those staff in this sector with appropriate training; being able to deal with their job roles effectively. It has given them the education, confidence and also a Level 3 Qualification in Mental Health.

Great feedback, knowledge sharing and a great time in the training however, this training is more than just a training course.  This is about forging greater links between our mental health professionals and our rough sleeper teams.

Also to allow our homeless community, much-needed mental health support.  With the right help at the right time, we want a world where no one falls through the gaps, engaging people who really are struggling to access the right help.
